Cancellation & refund policy

A. 12-Month Agreement

• If you cancel within the initial agreement period (6 or 12 months, depending on your purchase), you are required to pay off the remaining cost of the contract.

B. Post-Agreement Period

• After the initial agreement period, your service will remain active until you request cancellation.

A. Immediate Effect

• Cancellation takes effect immediately upon your request. No charges will be debited for the next month, but services will remain active for the current month since payments are made in advance.

B. Website Deactivation

• Your website will become inactive once you cancel the service and current month is over. If you wish to take your website (designed by us) elsewhere, please contact us to discuss the associated costs.

A. Domain Renewal

• We will not renew your domain if you cancel our services. At the time of cancellation, we will inform you of your domain's renewal date.

B. Domain Transfer Responsibility

• It is your responsibility to transfer your domain post-cancellation. We do not assume ownership if the domain expires or is lost for any reason.

C. Domain Transfer Costs

• We do not charge any additional fees for domain transfer beyond what is required by the domain service provider.

A. No Refunds

• No refunds are available if the service is cancelled, irrespective of the timing of cancellation.
